Requests involving explicit sexual content, violent instructions, hate speech, self-harm instructions, or illegal activity are prohibited.
4. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated responses may be imperfect and should be reviewed by teachers or students before high-stakes use.
5. School and District Agreements
School-specific contracts or district agreements supersede these public terms where applicable.
6. Compliance Commitments
Contracted school and district deployments may include additional data protection commitments, including DPA terms and FERPA/COPPA-specific clauses, documented in signed order forms or addenda.
